Floyd Nathan Hennessee, 78, of Huntsville died Sunday at a local nursing home. The graveside service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Florence City Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Hennessee, a native of Florence, was a retired civil service worker, veteran of the Navy and a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
He was preceded in death by one son, Floyd "Chip" Hennessee.
Survivors include two sons, Terry Hennessee of Huntsville and Walter Hennessee of Toney; one sister, Margurite McGregor of Atlanta; and three grandchildren. [6]
