- Graveside service for Charles Eugene Hennessee, 85, Lawton will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday at Pecan Cemetery, southwest of Lawton with Tony Elkins, pastor of Abundant Life Church, Geronimo officiating.
Mr. Hennessee died Thursday in Duncan.
Burial will be under the direction of Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
The family will greet friends from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
He was born March 28, 1927 in Dallas County, Texas to Charles Elgin and Barbara (Conley) Hennessee. He was a retired maintenance supervisor for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
Survivors include two daughters; Barbara Diane Gilmore, Stilwell, Kansas and Brenda Beckham and spouse James, Maysville, Oklahoma,
two sons; Charles Allen Hennessee and Joe Hennessee and spouse Rebecca, all of Duncan,
seven grandchildren, Joni Hennessee, Lawton, Callie Hennessee and Cole Hennessee, both of Duncan, Kade Hennessee and spouse Cori, New Braunfels, Texas, Lee Beckham, Maysville, Oklahoma, and J. J. Pennington and Melissa Goodloe, both of Stilwell, Kansas, six great grandchildren, a brother, Tom Hennessee, Lawton and two sisters, Mary Ruth, Oklahoma City and Rosie Mae, Corpus Christi, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother; Bill Hennessee. [1]
