Have loads of info on Richard and Frances Green.
There is some controversy over Frances' last name.
The folks in Watauga/Caldwell say her name is Humphries and she is the daughter of Wm. and Susannah Webb Humphries. Also there is apparently controversy over Thomas' first wifes name. She was actually the daughter of Richard's first cousin John Green.

It's now believed there may have been a Alfred who was born in 1803 and I suspect Richard #2 may actually be another cousins son. Reportedly Richard and Frances had 12 children.
If yor interested our 1st American settler came about 1690 and settled in NJ. gen#1) William mar.Joanna Reeder, then his son, gen#2)Jeremiah who mar Joanna (?Hunt), their son gen#3)Richard mar Ellender Sullivan and then gen#4 Richard who married Frances.
