      Well, Mark, I don't think I will work with you. I don't think you are interested in doing research. You are interested in someone else doing the research for you and giving it to you.

      IF you had ever looked at the records in York or Lancaster Co. Va and IF you had ever followed the deeds and court records, you would not have asked that question.

      Once again it appears you have not bothered to look at the existing records in Lancaster Co. VA nor in Baltimore Co. MD. If you had -- you would not have made the above comment.

      "Nicholas Haile is gone away from his brother, George Haile to his brother in law, Henry King, and estate to go to said King." (Duvall, VCA, S.2, Vol.2, p. 79)

      "It appeareing to this Cort: that Nicholas Hale is gon away from his Brother, George Hale, to his brother in law, Henery King. It is therefore ordered that the saide Henery King doe forthwth: take into his custody the cattle belonginge to the said Nicholas Hale now in possession of his Brother, George Hale, and give security accordinge to acte for the same to the nexte Cort. It is further ordered by this Cort that if the sde King doe refuse to take into his custody the sde cattle that then if any of the sde cattle dye after this day in the possession of the saide George Hale, that the same shall dye upon the acct of the sde Nicholas Hale and the sd Hale bee hereby discharged from beinge accomptable for the same."
