  9 Sep 2011 FindaGrave.org Birth: unknown Death: Dec. 12, 2002 McMinnville resident Gladys Alise Hennessee, 78, died Dec. 12 at her home after an extended illness. An employee of Rockford Textile, NHC in McMinnville, a CNA and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Walter Mills and Mamie Melvira Hargrove Bishop Sr., and was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Lee Hennessee Sr. She is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Lee and Teresa Hennessee, and Barry Hennessee, all of McMinnville; granddaughters, Tina Smith and Kim Hennessee; grandson, William Hennessee; great-grandsons, Colton and Ethan Smith; brothers, Walter M. Bishop Jr. and Billy Bob Bishop, both of McMinnville; and sisters, Louise Aldridge, Elise Killian and Wallene Scott, all of McMinnville. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at High's Chapel with Lane Dix officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from noon until 9 p.m. today at High's.
